Bigger jobs get one flat price for the whole job, so there are no surprises when the work wraps up.
We send you a list and links to where to buy, so you can choose the exact styles you want.
We show up, do the work, and leave it clean. Half is due when the job starts, the other half when it's finished.
Why labor-only
Most contractors buy materials for you and add their markup on top. We do it the other way around. You buy what you love, we guide you to the right products and the right amounts, and we bring the skill to put it in.
We're a family-owned business. John Gast and his son Chris run every job themselves, so the people who quote your project are the people who do the work.

Full bathroom updates: tile, vanities, toilets, showers and tubs, fixtures, lighting and the finishing details.
LVP, tile, laminate, vinyl and epoxy floors, installed over a properly prepped base.
Floors, showers, tub surrounds and backsplashes, set level with clean grout lines.
Painting for walls, trim, doors and ceilings.
New door installs and window installs.
New decks, screening in porches, and overhangs built over patios for shade and cover.
Room updates and renovation work around the house, done with the materials you choose.
The jobs that pile up: garbage disposals, fixtures, drywall patches and everyday fixes.
Straightforward pricing
Bigger jobs are quoted as a single price for the whole job.
Half when the job starts, the other half when it's finished.
Even quick jobs, like swapping a garbage disposal, are worth the call.
